The City of Santa Monica announces it will file an appeal to the Temporary Restraining Order

"Tomorrow, the City anticipates filing an application for a stay of the District Court’s order enjoining enforcement of the Ordinance prohibiting C&D Aircraft from using the Santa Monica Airport in order to promote public safety.
